JUNE 2025
Studio 55 Arts Guild Program
Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at 1:00 PM
LOCATION: National Avenue Christian Church
1515 S. National Ave., Springfield, MO
Program by David Bales
Here is David Bales' description of himself and his art: "I was born on a farm. Nature had a large influence on my art. My own take on the natural world has been my pursuit. Most of my work can be labeled as surreal with influences from the 60s and 70s art movements." As you can see from the photos of his art, his work often involves gourd painting or stippling (creating a pattern or image using small dots). It's very detailed and engaging!
Please join us on June 11 to hear from David and enjoy his art.
